  • How are you getting $22.79? The cheapest I can get is $30.39.

    • Did you add the code at checkout: 72KHDPR9 ?

      • +1

        I'm getting:
The promotional code you entered cannot be applied to your purchase.

        • Might be prime members only. I was able to go through and apply the code.

          • +5

            @pw2002au: Strange, I'm a Prime member too.
Edit: I figured out the issue. I had a ParcelPoint location set as my default and the discount wasn't being applied. I selected a regular address and the full double discount went through and then I could select the ParcelPoint location again.

    This is rebadged QCY equivalent

So many wirless ear buds deals these days… Which one out of these are the best value for money?

    • +3

These are decent for sure, but I prefer the soundpeats true capsule at $41 looks like a black AirPod with an ear tip. Works great for the gym and everyday use. Louder than my AirPods I have however, mic is a problem on a lot of the wireless earbuds even the Sony xm3 which are $400 have this issue.

      • i'm looking to get one, how would you rate the sound quality compared to say a basic earphone, and is there delays when watching youtube/movies on the phone? Thanks.

        • +1

so ive got both models, sound quality is great especially because it seals your ear it almost acts as a bit of noise cancellation. i do have the odd delay here and there but usually never happens. i prefer the truecapsule over these tho due to comfort and touch controls its got. They also connect instantly with my iphone almost as good as my airpods which i regret buying. these also never fall out of your ear.

I have redmi airdots, qcy t1c (equiv) and tronsmart onyx neo. All around same price. qcy slightly larger, longer neck and larger storage than the other 2. Comparable sound quality which is actually really good. I have no complaints. Was looking for some sennhesier momentum’s, but these are great for 1/12 the price. I haven’t/don’t use the mic. Just travel earphones to work.

          • @zqipz: Mind telling me how the onyx neo is in term of performance?

            • @beoluch: Sound: decent quality on par for sound. i’ve tried all three sequentially didn’t notice major differences.
Battery: don’t know always cased between use, only use for 1hr at a time.
Function: pressure free touch control is difficult to avoid when adjusting/inserting.
Aesthetic: smoothest, curviest, probably best looking of the three.
Fit: smaller and smoother, so a bit more comfortable than qcy/ soundpeats and the xiaomi.
Install: needed to reset to pair initially been fine since. (youtube vids show how)
Soz don’t have anymore info on performance.
They’re all cheap enough to buy/test at this price range and very impressive for $25. Given battery life these days, I figure it’s just easier to replace the unit than worry about battery. Ideal for testing the TW market.

Also got some Sennheiser CX Sport for $99 on the sennheiser site. No major differences between them either. But more suitable for exercise while riding.

Unopened galaxy buds that people are selling, can get for around 110

  • Worked for me, thanks!

  • how do these compare to the QCY?

    • +4

      The logo is different.

Honestly… I just want a pair of wireless earbuds for phone calls… nothing else.
I have IEMs and openback over ears I pair with a headphone amp

I just want a pair of wireless buds for phonecalls. Will this do the trick or is something else better?

    • +4

The only pair of wireless earbuds I've used for phonecalls that have been good have been Jabra 65T. I went through a few pairs of cheapo ones like these with no success and moved onto Galaxy Buds which were just as bad.

A few friends have airpods which seem solid too. I'm yet to see or hear of any cheap wireless earbuds that have acceptable and consistent performance for phone calls.

      • Thanks - I was thinking the same.
To be honest - I see the 65ts going for a bit cheaper with the 75Ts around. Might be just worth waiting for a 65t deal!

    • I've got/had T1Cs and they were no good for calls - was told Galaxy buds were great but got them and they're useless too. Might look into those Jabra ones.

these are awesome for sound, but terrible for phone calls

    • +2

You do not want these for phone calls. The microphone is shit on them, the other person always has trouble hearing me so I usually disconnect them during calls.

    • I bought [this] https://www.amazon.com.au/dp/B07B93YSH5?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_s…

I only use it for phone calls as I am constant phone calls. The mic is amazing.

I bought it for $5 delivered during Xmas. It seems to be double the price now. I wish I bought another one as a spare. The battery is good and the unit doesn’t look like cheaply made.

Lightning deal sold out, I think it's about $30 with the coupon code now.

  • These things are okay. I bought them last time they were on sale, early December. I've tried two different size caps and these things still fall out of my ears after a few minutes. I try to use them for gym, but too fiddly and I end up getting pissy and just putting them in my bag.

  • Great price, but I need some kind of waterproofing for this to work for me.

  • I have these… Fantastic. More importantly these have buttons on them to turn on or off, double tap for track forward or back and pause and answer calls.

  • Deal is 100% Claimed

  • dammit

  • Sweet got a second pair for my wifey!

If they are anything like the QCY's they will be fine for going to the gym.

  • +1

I have the QCY ones (these are just rebranded). Best value earbuds I've ever owned, I use them every day. Just be warned that the microphone is garbage, I disconnect it for phone calls. But in this price range, amazing.

    • Yeah agree, have been really happy with the QCY's!

  • +1

These are very good for price. Have owned for 6 months and used daily around house, at the office. Great for simple use. No issue at all.

  • How do u join a waitlist item with the promo code? The item itself has stock so l can't join from there right?

  • I've had these for a year now and love them. I used to hate this style of earphone as they wouldn't stay in my ears but these fit very nicely! I jog with these in and have never had them fall out. Sound quality is great.
    Very impressed for the price.

  • coming up as $30.39 for me (i am a prime member) :(

  • I spent $42 on these a few months back and absolutely feel that I got my money’s worth. This is a bargain

  • Which earphones for good quality phone calls?? I gave the Tronsmart Onyx Neo and they are garbage.

  • fantastic as long as you don't need them for phone calls as the mic quality is awful but other than that there really aren't many reasons not to buy it, great quality for the price
