My experience was good. Had a faulty hard drive. Called support who referred me to their repair centre. Dropped off laptop and had hard drive replaced within 2 days.
Is the I/O correct, 1xusb 2.0 and 1xhdmi?
It has a USB2.0 on the right side and 3.1 and USB C on the left side, which cannot be used for charging..

The Asus zenbook line of laptops have very nice build quality, but you would hope that at this price you would get TB3.
Personally, at this price I'd rather wait for this to go on sale or spend a bit more for this

Much better integrated gpu, TB3 and significantly lighter (and somehow a larger battery)
Both are good.
Asus comes with Windows 10 Pro where as Acer comes with Windows 10 Home.
And I believe this Asus is more durable than Acer.
