      half of these stupid flash sales i end up sinking heaps of time lining the purchase up and either A. miss the promo window, B. make a crucial mistake with the order due to rushing. my compulsion to ozbargain keeps me coming back but i really do hate flash promos gah. make it until midnight or not at all.

      I noticed app was saying 7 percent prior to buying. I upgraded the app to the latest version on play store and after that it said the offer was 30 percent. Would've assumed that percentage and all that is calculated on the server side

    actually bought 5 groupons but only 4 are tracked - 30pct
    two of the purchases were for the same item and price - and one didnt get tracked maybe because of system think they are dupe.

      I bought 5 Groupons, the last three got tracked at 30% while the first two didnt get tracked. The missing 2 are for the same item and price so your theory of the Shopback's system not tracking because it thinks the transactions are duplicates could be correct..

    Is there a pattern to the orders that didn't get tracked. For people with untracked Groupon orders were they orders placed early during the promotion between 8-9pm or later orders between 9 to 10pm. My early order hasn't tracked but a later order I placed did.

        What do you consider larger? I have had $19 and $30 cash backs all paid ok with no follow ups needed. I've also had a series of $15 cash backs all paid but did need to contact them with screen shots as there systems fouled up tracking with their vendor. The upshot was that all were paid.

    Just messaged shopback's facebook account and was told only 1 transaction per customer and the other will get tracked at 7% normal rate later. However since people are getting multiple orders, the answer was just wrong.
    It is 15% now for cashback on groupon, I think I just lost about $10

    For Groupon I bought 3 items which are $62.1, $44.1 and $26.1 after 10% off. Shopback tracked $4.32, $13.21 and $7.82. I calculated the first item is only7% cashbcak the last two is 30% cashback.

    Someone mentained that only 1 transaction per customer and the other will get tracked at 7% normal rate later.

    But the 7% cashback is the first item I purchased.

    Hmm,
    I made 2 cashback transactions for the 30% of groupon. Didnt realise there was a limit - big mistake.

    My first one was for $200 and the second for $40.

    I have been tracked for the second transaction ($10) but not the first one (that would be $60).
    I know a rookie mistake but surprised they didnt track the first one?

    Any insight?
