    I’m tempted to start a DoFT complaint against Shopback. This is the 4-5th time this has happened by following their methods with latest app and no detours. I have video footage of the whole transaction from start to finish that show a seamless transaction. I suggest others do the same,

    I am waiting for my cash back amount from Groupon to be corrected as well, it has been several days and they can’t tell me when they will fix it. Never have issue with cash rewards. It is not the first time they run this kind of promotion , I expect better process control in place to avoid issues for customers. I don’t like wasting my valuable time chasing them

      its been constant chasing for me with most Groupon transactions. I have a feeling its on Groupons side of things.

    My cashback was confirmed three days ago. However, my previous 50% off with Chemist Warehouse on 26 Dec last year still shows pending, available on 26 March. Anyone had their cashback confirmed?

      My $7.50 Cashback was paid today, the Available By date was 27/02 for this one and paid out 2 days early.
