@G-rig: They are CASHREWARDS, they were pretty good regarding to communication, solving issues, respond to a claim, even had reps here to help. Not anymore, or at least not as good as before.

How did you escalate the issue? Mine is listed as “already ended” and the bonus didn’t track.
I had the same issue as you and many others but the $5 bonus is now tracking in My Rewards as "Pending."
@lint: are you sure that $5 is the $50 spend bonus, not the current $20 spend?
coz this $20 spend one is working in the old way, i.e. bonus added upon activation.
@AsukaST: Yeah people are confusing it with the $20 spend one which appears right away as pending the moment you activate. The $50 gift card one still hasn't appeared

Incorrect, it's pending when you activate. Once it's approved, it will be in your account available for withdrawal.

Mine hasn't tracked from yesterday but will give it t a bit. Opened though the li links on mobile browser (it didn't load the CR app). Will have to lodge a claim no doubt.

Check whether your communication preferences are set receive direct marketing messages, usually this is the main reason for not receiving these offers.
I signed up to get spammed earlier this year so that I hopefully would get targeted for these offers
I was not getting them a few years ago. TA messaged me about it when he was with them, he told me to out opt for the emails and not sure if did anything, but I'm eligible for most of the deals since then. Not all, but most of them. That being said, i really use cashrewards these days…
Without a Cashrewards rep on here nowadays, our question re. whether gift cards are included in this offer will probably go unanswered.
It says nil cashback things are excluded. Gift cards don't have nil cashback so should be eligible.

I got a targeted $5 off $10 spend 2 days ago and bought 7 eleven gift card. It even stacked with spend $5 off $50 spend.
I said this before but I'm not getting any hits on these.
$5 off $50 amazon during when every category was 0.5% minimum except one vague sounding "non eligible items 0%". cashback tracked. no bonus.
$5 off $50 chemist warehouse targeted. cashback tracked. no bonus.
I'm exhausted recently and cannot be stuffed to follow every one up. I just treat it like a throw it and see what sticks now.

Go to rewards and look for promo bonus which is pending. Agree that it's bad visibility
I have a similar thing on my partner's account where the promo was activated but it's not showing as pending under the my rewards section. For my account I activated it and it showed up immediately. I wouldn't risk it @F1ProjectOne.

Both for the earlier $5 off $50 gift cards and for this 5$ of 20$, when I purchased Chemist warehouse giftcards, it only tracked for the base cashbackk of 1.5% and this 5$ bonus cashback is not tracked and neither can I see it in the "Pending Rewards" section. Anyone in the same situation?

if it's purchase eg. from ebay/amazon (not GC), bonus $5 will be paid until order turned to "confirmed" usually 1-2months
My wife's bonus has also now tracked.
They better fix the 5/50 promo first before doing another one.
