The cosmetic grading descriptions are pretty scary and there aren't any photos to show what you mean by each class. Do you get many people unhappy with the quality of their machines?
I wouldn't worry. They have to standardize to some sort of scale, and providing photos of every imperfection just isn't realistic. It's just price vs quality as usual, and buying new is always an option if your appetite for risk is lower.
