    comparable on the fact of small price difference compensated for LED rather than LCD. LEDs are better because of better quality, higher energy efficiency (VERY GOOD especially with all the high electricity prices) and better "HD".

        LCD displays can be backlit with either flouro or LED lighting. LED gives better lighting yet use less power.

  Yep, quite a nice deal Imo. I'd prefer a Dell LED over an Acer LED anytime. Can't say the same thing about Asus though.

      If the specs for this monitor match your requirements, then this is a good deal and I doubt you will find a much better price for a decent LED backlit full HD HDMI display with 3yr warranty.

      So it depends on your requirements. If this display size, or resolution, or panel type does suit suit your requirements, then this will not be a good deal for you.
