        It's case sensitive.
        Three solutions:
        1. Press "F5" to refresh screen
        2. Internet Options > Clear cookies
        3. Try using another browser

          Took about 5 refreshes to get a 3-letter code I could actually get accepted. And this is with trying 2 different browsers (Chrome/FF). Finally worked though.

    Don't neg the thing. After about 10 tries on my mobile (i was in bed at the time) and then google chrome after getting on my laptop, there was nothing. Then on the second go on internet explorer it worked. Also, for payment just choose bank details and it will direct you straight to processed order, since the order is free :)

    OK… finally got past the security :)

    cleared cookies…. shut down/restart…. try again… bingo!

    clearing cookies didn't remove the item from cart so that's why I shut down/restart… maybe just removing from cart would have been OK

    didn't add to cart after restart and returning to webpage but instead created an account first

    sorted :)

    Success! after trying 3 billion times on IE and FF, it finally went through on Chrome the first time. Go figure..
    (Mind you I had to clean install chrome so clearing cache/reboot might work on other browsers)

    Note that, alhough you can mark that you don't want to receive newsletters from them, if it doesn't let you through on the first try, they change your selection to "subscribe to newsletters"

    don't order the item straight away, register the account first then order — confirm — pay — done

      these are probably also coming from HK. If they come any faster than they would if it were in HK, it's probably because they ordered in bulk from HK and have them sitting in a warehouse in Oz

    No probs, i didn't get any security code request.

    Don't have an iPhone, but this should work with any capacitive touch screen i assume. I will just cut off the plastic port connector with a stanley knife.

    This is a useless little cheapie which you would never use because it's so clumsy EXCEPT for one fact that makes it very useful - if you ever go to a cold place where you have to wear gloves, this is a godsend for operating a touchphone.
