Can someone explain to me why so many upvotes?

    6000 pts =$30
    On $120 spend

    Is a decent 25% return

I get 25% return woolies offer every few weeks

    • +2 votes

      Not every one gets 30% + off a $120 Shop combining X 3 pts and gift card 5% .
      Simple?
I'll be using partner a/c as well .

    •

50 times better than the base earn rate…

    •

Which offer do you get weekly…?

Are you aware this offer stacks with weekly specials, if that's what you mean? This also stacks with other offers.

I used it with 3x points and another offer, all worked (though it's 3x original points amount, not the bonus x3)

      •

we have family of 4 and one of us seem to get a 15-25% (in points) offer with 2-3 week spends every month across the board,

        • +1 vote

…Yeah, this stacks ON TOP of that…

Ie now you'll get 50%+ potentially.

  •

If I already have a deal and I have to spend $60 in store this week. How will it effect this new deal of a $30 spend?

Will a $60 spend qualify the requirments of both deals at once?

    • +2 votes

i got same deals and just done my shopping this morning, in receipt show both deal qualify

      •

        Nice

    •

I did shopping last night and all 3 offers stacked up (4500 points with $60 spend, 1000 points with $30 spend and triple points per dollar spent)

      •

Did you have to spend $90 for the offers to stack?

        •

          Yeh thats a good point.
If offers are 30 and 60, did you spend 90+?

          • +2 votes

@MaccDogg: I have done this and you would just need to spend $60.

        •

Nah, just need to spend $60. I spent $85 and it worked.

    • +1 vote

I can confirm it stacks. Had a $60(4500) deal and a $30(1000) deal. Spent $63 and got both

  •

    Thanks Op

  • +14 votes

Thanks OP, now I can spread my panic shopping across 3 weeks

  • +11 votes

"Sorry, unfortunately you aren't able to use this offer"

Not working for anyone else ?

    •

Worked for me, just activated a few minutes ago.

    • +5 votes

I got the same error, tried email and phone/DOB and still couldn't get the deal

    • +3 votes

I can't get the offer either. They very rarely send me offers, which is a loss on their part, because it would be such a simple way to lure me away from Coles.

  •

    Thank you love bonus points

  •

It says the deal is activated for me but I will believe it when I see it. And that may take a long while because the progress score on multi-week deals does not show on the docket any more. For me anyway. Why did Woolies do that? Most annoying.

    • +3 votes

Immediate feedback on the docket for this one.

      • +1 vote

Got my points straight away too.

  •

Thanks OP and its not targeted which is great

  • +2 votes

Looks like you can combine the 3x points deal and this one. Just shopped at woolies and got this on the receipt:

Can OP verify where this link came from (full source facebook?? path), as just spoke to Woolworths Rewards and they think this is a scam.

    • +1 vote

It works on Woolworths own webiste, so no scam.

    • +1 vote

Quite often staff do not know what is going on.

    •

They may not honour this, as in the past they have asked me to send email screenshots of the offer

      • +1 vote

        It's already been honoured!

  •

    Thanks OP!

  •

come in handy for all the 'panic' buying going on now!

  • +1 vote

    Thanks heaps :)

  •

    Thanks OP!

  •

I normally do a big shop to last 3 weeks plus what can i gain from tbis deal? I take doing a big spend does not work here.

  • -2 votes

Does opal top up count as eligible spend to get points?

    •

Did you read the terms and conditions?

  •

Is there a way to view the rewards that I've already activated?

    • +3 votes

A lot of stores have a woolworths rewards terminal setup at the store (a stand with a small iPad like touch screen). If you log in there it will show you what’s still active. Haven’t found a way to do it on the normal rewards site.

      • +1 vote

I download the Woolworths app and linked my rewards card and it showed all of my current offers.

        • +1 vote

You are 100% right. I just did the same and can see all my activated and yet to be activated offers.

  •

    Activated. Thanks OP!

  •

I have an emailed offer of 2 wks x $50 get 3500 points and also activated this one and if they stack, and I think they will, I will get 31.66% off plus 18% Woollies GC from UK eBay. Plus x3 points. This is a great post because you can stack with an emailed offer where they would not usually give you 2 offers for the same account. Thanks OP.

    •

Yay all 3 stacked and showing on the receipt.

  •

Thank you OP - Toilet Paper time!

    •

      None in the shops.

anyone can't get the offer? i got this
Sorry, unfortunately you aren't able to use this offer.
Did you enter your Rewards card number correctly? If you have entered your Rewards card number in the previous page, please check you entered your 13 digit card number correctly.

    • +1 vote

same here. not sure why though.

    •

      Same here

    •

I am getting the same thing

  • +1 vote

Rubbish. Activated on Monday, seen it to be true on my woolies app, spent the required $30+ on the same day. But today, the deal is gone and now won't allow me to activate again

    •

same with my account, went to do a shop and was checking the t&c's first, but its gone from my app the day after activation. tried activating again and says the same thing as what stevelo got

      EDIT
      discussed with 'Steve' on chat:
Thanks for your patience! Please rest assured, you have already activated this offer and you are still eligible for the points. Please complete any transactions and you will earn all of the points on offer. If you have any problems, send us a private message on either Facebook or Instagram, and the Social team can resolve that immediately.

I asked if he could confirm the offer he was talking about was this one by outlining the details. he said:
That is certainly it. I'll let the app team know - that app is only new, and there are some teething problems with it, and this might be an example. Our back end system, that issues the points, certainly sees you as active on the offer, so you are certain to get your points for your transaction, this appears to be a display issue mostly.

      I mentioned some of my 'family members' had the same issue, he said;
They should get in touch with us if they are not sure, as not everyone got through without issues like you.

    •

if you activated on Monday you should be good to go. It doesn't always show up on the woolies app. If you already spent $30+ if you look on your receipt it should show your bonus 1000 points like this:
      https://i.imgur.com/feFzUGq.jpg

      •

i activated on tuesday. I got an error when activating at first, but then it said successfully activated.

TARGETED - "Sorry, unfortunately you aren't able to use this offer."

    •

Team Member Card or unregistered card? It seems only available to ordinary cards.

      •

Not a Team Member, and my card is registered.

        •

I think it has been patched today. I registered all my cards on the 1st day without issues.

    •

I got the same message. I use my Woolworths rewards card all the time. I checked with a family member and they also got this message when they keyed in their membership number.

  • +1 vote

Can confirm this works even though it's not appearing in the app.

  •

So are the bonus point given instantaneously and shows on the receipt or do we have to wait a few days?

    • +1 vote

Instantly added to the account and on the receipt. It mentions on the receipt that it's added to the balance already.

I got the 1000 points for $30 spend today (plus the triple points and contributing to another weekly promo!).

      • +1 vote

        Me too, triple stack.

  • +1 vote

My card worked. But for my wife's card I got :

Sorry, unfortunately you aren't able to use this offer.
Did you enter your Rewards card number correctly? If you have entered your Rewards card number in the previous page, please check you entered your 13 digit card number correctly.

    •

I think it has been patched today. I registered all my cards on the 1st day without issues.

Obviously this will only push up more sales and empty all shelves.

      •

I registered all my cards on the 1st day without issues.

Check the app - if you weren't targeted, activated offer is gone.

It will be interesting to see if you get the points.

        • +1 vote

I couldn't see the promo in the app yesterday but qualified and got the points for it (instantly) today. Activated on 2nd

          • +1 vote

            @nismo: Thanks. Good to know.

  • +1 vote

i keep on getting same error on all accounts does it need to be done facebook?
Sorry, unfortunately you aren't able to use this offer.
Did you enter your Rewards card number correctly? If you have entered your Rewards card number in the previous page, please check you entered your 13 digit card number correctly.

  • +1 vote

Yeah same here, keep getting the same 'Sorry, unfortunately you aren't able to use this offer' error

I guess its targeted after all

  •

I signed up a few days ago and go the activated message but if i do a shop to the value it does'nt show the correct points?

  •

Thats right , screw over Tasmania again

    •

To be fair in Tasmania you only need to earn 1000 points to redeem $10 with F$C instead of 2000 points to redeem $10 with Woolworth Rewards.

  •

is there a way to know if you will get the points or not? I activated before 4/3 but got no confirmation.

    •

I'll say until someone confirmed it was not canceled, do not shop for it. I tested my some of my offer-activated cards and all say "Sorry, unfortunately you aren't able to use this offer" now, not "Already Activated" when you successfully activated it.

The offer was mentioned on the receipt I got from small shop yesterday, but offer may not be valid from today.

      •

I got that error, but then it said activated.

I made a $50 purchase but did not get any email confirmation that I made a qualifying purchase.

        •

As per the previous posts from others, if it had activated successfully, you should have gotten the points instantly

          •

@Iwantthatbargain: Didn't appear on the docket. I made a purchase of $50 yesterday and another $78 today.

I don't normally even spend that much at a time, so it's only by coincidence that I happen to be having a big shop at the same time as this deal. But I don't expect to get the points.

        •

As others have mentioned it shows up on the receipt not an email confirmation.

          •

@Yola: Sorry, unfortunately you aren't able to use this offer.
Did you enter your Rewards card number correctly? If you have entered your Rewards card number in the previous page, please check you entered your 13 digit card number correctly.

  •

I had activated 2 days ago, and got successful message, but today I just checked again of it had registered or not, then I got message "Sorry, unfortunately you aren't able to use this offer.
Did you enter your Rewards card number correctly? If you have entered your Rewards card number in the previous page, please check you entered your 13 digit card number correctly."

    • +1 vote

I'm the same as you. So probably not getting it.

    • +3 votes

      Refer to this comment

The offer was open to all users but has since been switched to targeted. If you activated it 2 days ago, you are still good to go.

Given tonight is Thursday night shopping I'm sure we'll find out tonight.

To anyone that has done a $30 shop since activating this offer, you're looking for this on the bottom of your receipt:
      https://i.imgur.com/feFzUGq.jpg

      •

I activated it Wednesday morning (like 7am).

When I put my card number in, it did not give the current error that people are seeing.

It said that it was activated. And I did it again just to make sure, and it said already activated.

So I hope that means I have the offer loaded.

        •

I think you do. That is how it was when i did it and it worked.

  • +3 votes

yay, 3x points offer and 1000 pts bonus all credited today for my shop!

  • +1 vote

Thanks OP. I activated the other day, done an online shop and got the bonus 1000 points plus the 3x points on what I spent. Then went to woolies today, spent over $30 and got another 1000 points instantly. Maybe a glitch or maybe you can do the same thing multiple times in the week.

    • +1 vote

I bet only once instore, but may be multiple times for online shopping. Same thing happens to monthly 10% off.

    •

I did two ordered and received the same.

    •

I just received my 2nd lot of 1000 points, made a 3rd order and said another 1000 points too.

  •

I logged into the app to see the current offers that are activated, and it looks they took mine away (even though I entered my card early on Wednesday morning, well before people were given the error message).

    • +2 votes

Read previous comments. For most people the offer is not showing in the app anymore. But offer is still active.

      • +1 vote

I spent $30 today and got the bonus 1000 points.

Hopefully the offer continues next week.

  •

Can someome tell what's the deal here i has a hundred or so to gain $10 for 2000 pts. I then find this earlier in the week and activated it with the triple points as well. I go on my everyday rewards and dont really see anything regading the promo on this post
I did a big shop and see i have another $10 added to my account i beleive must be through this deal? As previous $10 is from past.
So can i qualify for more points if i spend more in the future dates or am i excluded now having did a big shop? I thought first dates was only 1000 pts so where did the extra come from to make up extra 1000 pts?
As said cant really tell on my everyday rewards account.

    •

How big a shop did you do? You only needed to spend $30 for which you should have got $5. Then next week spend $40 and get $10. Then the last week spend $50 and get $15. All this is very clearly detailed above by the OP including dates. This is an especially great deal because you can stack with an emailed offer where they would not usually give you 2 offers for the same account at the same time. Also you can stock up for the virus at a discount, but no toilet paper to spare anywhere.

      •

Ok got it we needed a big shop anyway im sure i can get a few other things to go over second and third amounts to qualify, never got toilet paper lol it would add to the shop at the time but could not check out,
just can't figure out how we got the 2000 pts so quick though and i taks om these spends within that weeks you can buy stuff over a few days and not just one day, also does fuel work or just stuff from Woolworths
