        • Cannot answer all your questions as cannot understand because of typos. But only stuff from Woolworths counts and not GC. Sometimes they are only online sometimes both instore and online. Sometimes only in one shop sometimes several in one week. Sometimes there are separate deals for BWS. Most important to read carefully all conditions, especially until you understand how they work. Do not recall any for fuel but flybuys has these regularly. Happy to answer more questions.

    link is working again

  • It works only for shopping one time in one week or several times in one week? Thanks OP

  • Sorry, unfortunately you aren't able to use this offer.
Did you enter your Rewards card number correctly? If you have entered your Rewards card number in the previous page, please check you entered your 13 digit card number correctly.

I activated successfully early last week. Wanted to check that the offer was activated on my account yesterday but got the error message above. Went to Woolies all the same and got the 1000 points for this offer plus other offers as well. Thanks OP!

  • Did anyone receive 2000 points for this week yet?

    • +4

Yes I did. Just an hour ago today.

    • Only got 1000 instead of 2000 on a $100 woolies online order. Weird..

  • +2

This was great, toilet paper was available to order online.
$40 pick up order $24 refund.
    2000($10) points on $16 items

    • You even get bonus points for an order below spend target due to item cancellation now?

      • +1

I’ve always(2+ years) recieved the points when items are out of stock for ww not coles
I screenshot the points being displayed before I place the order just incase but have not been needed

I’m not sure (haven’t tested) if the order goes under spend amount due to variable weight refund

  • Just went and did a $40 shop and the points didn't show on the receipt. We did get the 1000 points for week 1 though after activating. Are we supposed to activate for each week?

    • +3

Just worked for me and got the 2000 points. Didn't do week 1.

    • Check 'points this shop' on the receipt, not the current balance. Once the balance goes over 2000, it subtracts 2000 points from the balance, but you are eligible for $10 shop in the future.

      • Yep false alarm sorry it did show up in our account. A family member had used the card earlier in the day and got the points already. Thats why I was confused.

  • Points for week 2 showed up instantly!

  • Does anyone know if the shopping amount need to be minimum $40 or $50 in a single shop or it can be accumulated leading to $40/50 for that specific week?

  • +2

This deal is still working ok for me.
Activated 11:30am on 4/3/20. Shopped 3 hrs later for $31 and got the 1000 bonus points on the docket.
Last few days have been getting the "Sorry you are not eligible…" message when checking on the internet.
Did a $41 shop today and got the "Congratulations - 2000 bonus pts" on the docket.

  • Has anyone received points for Opal Top Up?

  • I did a small shopping yesterday and noticed that there was no mention of 3 weeks bonus offer on the receipt. Does it only show on the receipt when you earn points or has the offer been withdrawn?

    • Same happened to me today (different offer). Online support said if the local Wollies is offline with the network then it will not show up. Should take 5 days before you get the points, otherwise contact Woolie support ;-)

      • I received 1000 points last week and 2000 points this week. It's just when I did a $2 shop and looked at the receipt, I noticed there was no mention of 3 weeks offer (connection to the network was not the problem, other offers were mentioned).
I am not sure if that is normal, i.e. the receipt only shows it when you actually earn the points.

    This deal is EXPIRED!

  • Have received both week 1 and week 2 bonus points but checking on the bonus points for this week being week 3 they are not showing on online order points total like they were for previous weeks, thinking offer may have been cancelled?

    • Woolworths, things aren’t always right in the early hours off a change over.
Never checked on rewards promos but catalogue prices etc don’t take effect till 6-7am.

Notification on the main page. Pick up from stores have been suspended and delivery in parts of vic cancelled.

    • Last week on Sunday after midnight the bonus points didn't show up at checkout. However, in the morning the points showed up.

  • I think week 3 starts on the upcoming Wed.

  • Week 3 dates are Monday 16 March to Sunday 22 March, will instore shop this week and see if I receive the 3000 points for $50 shop.

  • Did anyone receive 3000 points yet?

    • +2

      2 lots instore this morning
And online is showing the 3k points

      • Did you do 2 separate orders over $50 for 6k points?

        • Yes I was instore I just split into into 2 transactions and payed separate on 2 different cards.

Not sure if one card can be used twice. Hopefully someone else can clarify that.

  • Worked for the first week, shopped yesterday morning for week 2 and no second week points. Is it just a delay? If offer is cancelled I'm not gonna bother with the week 3.

    • Call up and ask. No point to risk

      • +1

        They've shut it down

"Due to a high number of enquiries, our Customer Service team are currently unable to respond to calls and chat messages."

  • +2

Worked on a shop this afternoon 3k points can confirm. I did two shops yesterday and didn't work somehow.

  • +3

    worked for me today,
    Exvellent!

  • +3

    Did the first two weeks.

Likely won't be able to do the third week, even though it has the biggest ratio as a return

All because the morons are buying so much shit. No way to hit the limit without buying shit that I don't want, or stuff that I 'do want' but a brand that is much more expensive, just because its the only thing left.

Its time the supermarkets did their part for the community. Go back through the cctv, and find the hoarders and expose them.

    • I have been doing 2 of these deals so this week needed to spend $100 ($50 x2). Had no problem at my local store, Malvern Central, could have spent a lot more. Sure there were many items missing but others still in stock. Maybe it depends on the area or when they restock. Got the 3000 points from both, and more as some of them double stacking. Because of this deal I purchased more than I usually do and not have to worry about running out of many things. Thanks OP.

      • +1

My store also has stock so that is not a problem but did the limits not affect your spending? I can't even get to $50 if I have to adhere to those limits since I have to buy more quantity in particular things to count towards 50. For example were you able to get more than 2 packs of cereals?

        • Did not buy any cereal and had to go to Coles to get eggs. But got beef blade roast $21 ($12 per kg), fresh salmon $7, block of cheese $8.40.etc. all single items. I could have spent more. Now I plan not to shop for 2 weeks.

  • +2

All 3 weeks worked for me, finished the 3rd week last night, thanks OP

    • +5

Fi d it very hard to buy $50 with the limit and empty shelves

      • +2

        same

      • How do they check the limit? Is it programmed to their system to check when I'm checking out or do they do it visually? I'm not trying to hoard btw just honestly trying to somehow reach the $50 mark

        • +3

At first the attendance will stop you then if you can get through the system will stop scanning anything over the limit.

          • +1

@SnoozeAndLose: Yes on Thursday I saw the systems stopped working and the attendant told the person they were over the limit on an item.
