It is - 1GB for $1 vs $1.40 for 40GB.
Only catch with Catch is it needs to be activated within 30d.get the Catch, use it. Then port to Woolies. Then buy another Catch and port back to Catch when you use up your 1GB.
@INFIDEL: if you use calls but don't need data all that much, the woolies card will last you a month.
In my case, I use it to keep a number from being lost due to inactivity.
@lostn: I grabbed the Woolies $1 SIM for same reason. To preserve a number I have had for about 15 years that gets occasional calls. For $1 it will keep it for about another year.
Otherwise I get through a lot of data on the phone. So SIM hop most months with cheap SIMs.

Targeted means you received the email from Woolies Rewards offering this. Only some Rewards accounts received this offer.
There is an "activate now" link in that email.Without that, this Deal is not for you - you weren't targeted.
