    oh menulog. Used this promo and ordered at 12. Expected delivery at 1pm. Seemed long but OK I'll manage. Nobody here at 1.15pm. Check the app: still on 'assigning driver'. I suspect my food had been ready for 45 minutes already. Call them, ask for refund which was easy enough. Had terrible experiences with Menulog previous times. BYE Menulog see you never again, I'll support my local restaurants and go out for lunch or pickup.

      Can't really blame Menulog in this instance. Availability of drivers is usually low during wet weather conditions. Same as Uber, Deliveroo et al.

          I'm not asking you to blame anyone. The food couriers tend to make themselves unavailable in wet weather. Menulog can't exactly force them to work when they're not on timetable

      The current code was to end today at 5pm, maybe it ended a bit earlier. Menulog promised there will be a new code tomorrow so we will have to wait and see. If you have the menulog app it may appear in the 'For You' section of the Menulog app.

      It makes sense given its so easy to make a new account unlike for uber eats. I know during the $7 off first week I made about 10 different orders for between 20 cents and 5 bucks. Since then I havent madea single order.
