    I wouldn't be surprised if they shared call centres, considering their relationship.

      I lodged a complaint with Boost and it was answered by Telstra, so that makes sense.

      yes they certainly do - if you ring Boost support & get put on hold - (and you will def get put on hold) you get the Telstra on hold music

  Boost customer service is terrible.

  Check out Optus and if you can see a similar deal take it. You are treated as a regular Optus customer. Telstra create a new brand so they don't need to look after these customers.

  My first time using Boost so looking to maximise what I can.

  Since this requires the first recharge by 30 March 2020, Can I or should I use this then follow up with the 240GB (https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/524815)? Is this 240GB considered a recharge?

  Or should I just start off with the 240GB plan?
