…can anyone comment on quality…? is this more or less the same as bunnings equivalent quality or better?
Bought this last time it was on special. Commercial quality heavy duty mat with thick rubber base and edging. Well worth the $59. Will last a very long time. Much better than the Bunnings outdoor mats imho.

Would this door mat work instead? Are chair mats cheaper elsewhere?
I think this would be too thick, I have a fairly large workstation so have two mats next to each other - but they always move ever so slightly so always adjusting them. Not sure if I want to spend $200 to resolve the issue though!
Not really suitable as a chair mat. Too large and thick and the ribbed carpeting would not assist chair movement.

1.2 x 1.8 is really big for me.
I've had several of the smaller ones for years and just keeps on going. The large ones are bloody huge but I'm sure there'll be a (household) use for it.
I bought the big one, very good quality and commercial grade.
