Good price. But good luck getting any kind of response if something goes wrong. Ive reached out to CS at kogan on something else and its been no response 1 week and counting.
Just a warning, the listing says this is the next generation of galaxy buds, to be interpreted as Galaxy Buds Plus.
These are the first gen buds.
Just my experience but I've found Kogan to be hassle-free when it comes replacement. Bought a laptop and the keyboard began to malfunction after a year. Reached out and got a reply. Apparently they'd stopped stocking the exact model of my laptop so they had me choose any laptop around the similar price range, and sent me a new laptop of a different model (and even brand) free of charge.
I can't confirm if the following is correct, but just be careful with grey import buds.
I was looking through the comments on Amazon and this stood out.
Someone had an issue connecting them to the wearables App… Someone else replied with this-
A: I had the same issue. Samsung Australia informed me that for the Wearable app to function these need to be the official Australian variant, however the ones being sent from this retailer are an Asian varient. The wireless charging coil does not function either. I thought that being purchased from Amazon Australia that they would have been the correct AU stock, but no. I asked for a full refund and will now only buy these from a brick and mortar store.
