    This is an awesome vacuum. I've been using it for 11 mths now and I'm still very satisfied. It helps to clean the vacuum head and pole regularly.

    bought this recently and just signed up so i can share first impressions. looks fancy - like an ipod. like the wall attachment. HATE how you have to hold down the button. on woods floors its not earth shatteringly different than my $100 kmart vac. i have the carpet head and will give that a whirl over the next few days. i put it on MAX and it was a reasonable run time - plenty of time to do a good job of my floored area.

      Received it today, initial impressions are great. I'd vacuumed earlier with my miele cats and dogs 5000 (old model but still decent) then after charging the Xiaomi figured I'd go over the same carpeted area and see what it could do. To my surprise it picked up a whole load of dust, hair and dirt that the miele failed to collect. Off to a great start, hopefully continues working well. Only downside was battery didn't last long (on Max) but it seems like medium setting might be the sweet spot for longer life and a decent clean.

    Hi all does anyone know if there is a document that outlines warranty policy, what the company ABN is, and if it is covered under warranty as per Australian Consumer Law? I messaged the seller on ebay a few times but haven't received a reply.
