Similar to the Street of Rage 4, it seems LevelHead is another game that is added to collection on XGP PC and XB1 on their release date.

On a side note, another game from the same developer as LevelHead which is Crashlands is free to own forever on PC via Epic Store: https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/533012
