I made the Caramilk Philly Cream cheesecake on Monday. Wouldn’t rave about it. Say a 6 out of 10. Needed a bit more gelatine.
Its not a cheesecake if its not baked - my opinion anyways - i've never tasted a no-bake cheesecake that tasted as good as the baked ones.
