I got it for $418 dual channel with front and rear camera from auto barn fyi.
Think I've seen it that price a few times.

$449.25 for the 2 channel is better value IMO. Not as good as 30% off but still a decent price.

  • Are these still considered the best of dashcams?

I'll be looking for 2 channel in a month or so from now.

Happy with my viofo. 1/2 the price of this. Does a decent job and has been going strong for 4 years. The dual camera version is also half the price of the blackvue. They also have a 4k version for more $

Blackvue and Thinkware are the only 2 dashcam brands I would consider if I am in the market for a dashcam.

I did give viofo a chance and it was a disappointment due to poor shielding and caused interference with my keyless entry. Had to get the 2 channel cam ripped out after it was professionally installed all within a week.

Save yourself some pain and go with Blackvue or Thinkware.

    • Yes, the 750 2ch with Power Magic Pro still the way to go IMO. Would not bother with 4K as 1080p is plenty and actually better night time performance, and less likely to overheat. The Thinkware range was promising but it is even more expensive and seems to have issues too from what I read on dashcamforum. Blackvue has been around for a while now and have a solid, reliable offering in the 750. This is a pretty good price, I paid $530 including PMP and then $200 for professional install.

    • Got both the DR750 2CH and the DR900 2CH. The 750 has been running for around 3 years, in that time I’ve only had one issue with the SD card. Sent it back to Blackvue and they sent me a new one.
The 900 has only been in my car for around 3 months, haven’t had any issues so far but I’d have to agree with nubzy, there’s no need for the 4K. I only bought it as my local store didn’t have any stock of the 750 when they last had their 30% off sale and I had a gift card which sort of evened out the price.

Overall I’d highly recommend Blackvue. The 750 has saved us on a couple of occasions so it’s paid for itself.

My VIOFO died this summer, couldn't hack the heat. Went with the xaiomi 70mai for $55 delivered. Works well, no need to spend more :)

  • Anyone have front & rear dashcams with a ute? Looking at getting a dual cab ute soon and wondering what the view is like from the back.

    • Yep. View is fine, obviously picks up a lot of the tub area though.

    • What was your price on the 750? I'm getting $449.25 at my local, with 25% off (not inc cash rewards)

      • I bought mine around $15 less before the price was increased.
