    Hi @Matthewp1711

I don't usually publish rates, are they will vary depending on your loan amount, purpose, product and LVR.

In addition, rates from over 4,000 loan products are available form my site Compare Rates which will give you a better comparison.

For your reference, a selection of Suncorp rates are below:

    Owner Occupied Products Rate Comparision
Home Package Plus Specia 3.04% 3.04%* First Home Buyer Special
Back to Basics Special 2.78% 2.78%

    5 Year Fixed P&I 2.69% 2.90%
    3 Year Fixed P&I 2.49% 3.29%
    2 Year Fixed P&I 2.29% 3.30%
    1 Year Fixed P&I 2.59% 4.00%

I wouldn't recommend Suncorp. I went to them to get a bonus like this and I can see why they need to give the bonus. If there was something they could do wrong, they did.
And don't get me started on their password requirements (MAXIMUM 8 CHARACTERS!!!)

If you are going there for the bonus, you will need to work for it.

Same rates on suncorp website including cash back https://www.suncorp.com.au/banking/loans/homeloans.html

This seems to be an ad, not a bargain.

How often can one refinance per year?
Seems like such a good deal to refinance 3x a year to earn these bonuses!

  • Limit of one payment per borrower regardless of the number applications which may be eligible.

I don't like being offered by a carrot and then have to be eaten by a tiger :P

Hey Guys im in chats with my broker at the moment about changing over from Westpac, getting a 1.5% decrease from what im getting now. Just missed out on ANZ Cashback offer. Can someone please help me with this as this post is giving me second thoughts. why should and why shouldnt i?

I'm switching from westpac too. However I did qualify for the cash back offer which has since lapsed. That interest rate saving sounds considerable and worth switching for.
