I just signed up with circle.life but I've not received sim card yet. Can I ignore that and go for another provider? They got my credit card details as well.
They should only start charging once you activate sim. So should be free to go elsewhere

I just left them, they've got some wacky accounting going on. Looks good on surface, no issues with service, but definite issues with billing.
On leaving they've overcharged me, when I disputed they eventually reviewed it (took TIO threats) saw mistake, revised amount (which btw is only outstanding because their prior bill undercharged me, bizarre) and THEN changed amount owing to another amount, with a new threatening email.
I basically said rack off, sick of dealing with you, will take to TIO thx, and then they reviewed.
But wait there's more - when I paid, as per their instructions to bank details I then got another person jumping onto ticket and threatening again, another msg, then an apology.
What an unbloodybelievable mess their accounting/systems must be.
Apart from that, chat was responsive and did get things fixed (I.e. Data not activated on accnt).
Just left Circles for Amaysim 200GB deal.
Didn't have any issues other than their data meter appearing to be going through downloads super fast. Fast than I'd ever gone through. I didn't really follow up with it, but I suspect their metering was out to a certain degree.
Canned the service and now on Amaysim with no issues.

ACN do that uses Amaysim. Only catch is that you need to find a referrer.

I signed up 2 month ago for different plan. I like everything about Circle except reception. Very slow in my area, thats why I have to switch to other provider. But if you live in area where your reception will be good their prices are very good.
