[QLD] Cadbury Dairy Milk Creme Egg Chocolate Block 180g $1 (Was $5) @ Coles (Rochedale)

840

Saw this at Coles Rochdale (QLD) - Cadbury Dairy Milk Creme Egg Chocolate Block 180g. That's $0.56 per 100g. Many blocks available. Might be available at other Coles perhaps?

Cadbury Freddo 180g Share Pack (15 pieces) is also $1 - but low stock

And Arnott's milk chocolate Iced Vivo 170g reduced to $1 - but also low stock

They were selling the Creme Egg blocks for 90c at the Albany Creek store when I went on Friday. Had quite a few too.

Don't buy these. By the time I got them home most had hatched.

Argh wish this was local to me. I'd buy 20 or 30 and store them in the fridge. Would last me in chocolate the rest of the year

Plenty of stock in Inglewood WA too. Also some other flavours too.

    Disgusting with McFlurries.

  • Love cream eggs, hate this block.

They taste nothing like they should.

Agree. And it is really weird. A couple of years ago Cadbury stopped using "dairy milk" chocolate in their creme eggs, reverting to a poor substitute. In theory that meant that these blocks brought about the opportunity to enjoy "dairy milk" and creme egg combo again, but as you say they just don't taste how they should. Tropical Pineapple is MILES better.

  • Does the creame egg center actually taste like egg?

Tastes similar to caramel to me.

      • Good to know. Thanks.

  • Stock update, at about 8pm last night (Monday), there were about 20 blocks left on the shelf (unless they have more out the back to clear).
