        Thanks for checking this.

        Sale amount was $10. Even if you take off GST is $9.09

        15% of $9.09 is $1.36

        The actual amount which was credited was $0.49 which seems closer to 5%?

          It's definitely $1.50 in your account. Perhaps the rate initially somehow tracked at 5%, but automatically reflected to 15% afterwards. Either way, you can check your Cashback Overview which should say $1.50.

            When I opened the ShopBack App and click on the green "x new cashback updates", it shows the Groupon transaction was $0.49. The tracking email I received also said $0.49

            However you are correct, on the 'Cashback Overview' page it is showing the correct amount. Must be some sort of display bug :)

            Thanks for clearing it up. Hopefully the final amount is the correct one.

              @JHoliday: Thanks for the info, yeah perhaps it came in initially at 5% then. But Cashback Overview will give you the most up to date rate.
