Yeahhhhh mannnn and for an extra $100 you could get the s20 from Samsung EPP?

    • idk how many ppl can actually access the epp. It looks like its for people working for the govt.

      • +1

You can access the EPP if you have a valid edu email, your work is a Corporate Partner of Samsung, you work for the Gov or obviously if you're an employee of Samsung

    • seems epp shows s20 4G for $944, any tips on how to score a s20 for $800?

      • 894 with a 50 dollar voucher

  • +6

If anyone wants access to EPP i'll give it for nothing, don't buy this.

    • OMG Please this. I'll even paypal you $20 for it. I would love to buy my phone from Samsung EPP.

    • could you pm me as well pretty please..

    • If you can do it for several people, could you please PM me too?

      • Maximum 5 devices per person

    • can you give me too plz

  • -1

    This should be under $500

    • Sold mine of FB market for $650 so value is definitely still there.

  • This has been the worst CF for phone deals, almost no deals at all.

    • New phone supply is constrained due to china and logistics congestion. Inventory on hand is still selling at the rrp for a lot of retailers. The last thing they wana do is be sold out and no sign of new shipments.

dont buy from phonebot !! the worst company ive ever dealt with in my entire life. i just got the s10 from the samsung store for 699

    • Hi Jo
I'm not sure what your case is but I personally have published numerous deals over the years and brought you guys some great bargains. Please email your issues on [email protected] and it'll be taken care of for sure

  • Bought an A Grade refurb Galaxy S8 with 6 months warranty from these guys back in January.
    https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/512830

Was pretty happy with the phone, quick delivery and free decent case, but recently developed battery issues.

Have emailed and called them repeatedly over the past 2 weeks to get battery replaced under warranty.

Not one response to date. Calling puts you on endless on hold loop, then goes to voicemail after 20 mins. Haven't called me back after leaving clear voicemail twice now.

DO NOT TRUST their claim for "hassle free warranty".

Going to Paypal now to claim full refund as phone is useless if battery is faulty.

    BUYER BEWARE!

    • Gday mate have you emailed on [email protected]
All emails till Friday are upto date and answered to.
Please email on the above address and one of the customer service staff will resolve your complaint asap

      • Yes. Emailed that address multiple times over 2 weeks. Left voicemail twice over same period after waiting on hold for over 20 mins each time.

You only got back to me after I lodged a Paypal refund claim. Also tried to pretend you had responded to me previously. Have my own DNS so can easily verify if you try to spoof timestamps.

Mistakes can happen, but I do not respond well to bluffing and bald faced lying. Will give you the benefit of the doubt if you actually replace the faulty battery, but your service and behaviour to date certainly does not give an image of trustworthiness.

        I repeat.

Claim of "hassle free warranty" is simply not true.

        BUYER BEWARE.

@erroorfree: Have clearly pointed out to you in private that there is no DNS log for any of the emails you claim to have sent.

And that email software is notoriously bad at reporting issues like glitches with an SMTP server or its DNS resolution, so that what appears as sent in the email software may never have actually been sent.

I repeat I have my own DNS and there is no log for any of the emails your software claims to have sent until the one I received hours after lodging a Paypal dispute.

From the jpg you link, one email appears to have bounced. Surely this should have been a flag for your service staff to check out if there was any problem with your email SMTP server. I also left two voicemails with clear alternative contact details and yet nothing from you, until I opened a Paypal dispute. Pretty easy to understand why I might be cynical.

So "Houston you have a problem".

As a consumer, I have every right to detail my direct experience with your company, as I have records of it all, and can substantiate the lot.

Now rather than continuing to blame the customer who has zero to gain by not getting proper communication from you, how about you properly investigate what, whether you believe me or not, is likely to be an issue that can markedly impact your ability to offer customer service, your reputation and your bottom line.

Maybe consider implementing an email receipt method so you can be sure your email software is not causing problems for your customers and them seeking their right to service.

Email and it being sent and received is inherently leaky, something you and your customer service are obviously not aware of. So, how about you fix a problem that a sincere customer has wasted a lot of their time on trying to point you towards, rather than continuing to blame them.

First rule of service, if you want satisfied customers and repeat business, actually listen to them when they tell you there is a problem!

If you want to keep coming across as the Basil Fawlty of customer service in public forums though, by all means, be my guest, as that is likely to influence potential customers more than the actual products you offer.

  • I've been wanting to replace my S7 Edge (developed perpetual vertical line on display). I am eye-ing a refurb S9+ for just under $500 but wondering if it's worth the extra $$$ for the S10? Also wondering if prices will drop further given the AUD sucks right now.

  • Used S10.

    Misleading label much?

    • Isn't Refurb essentially the same as Used?

      • +1

Refurb can mean devices properly reconditioned…like Apple sells refurbished items, but their batteries, screens etc are replaced and they are QC-checked and get full warranty. These are just factory reset, with no improvement made to their condition (i.e. no *refurbishment8), they don't even come with original accessories most of the time.

  • They sold me a stolen phone before. The refund process was not easy. The owner only talked to me in a normal tone after I mentioned the police.
    just my 2 cents.
