You posted this a few days ago with $50 bonus credit, now $25.

Call rates aren't bad, Hello Mobile have a 29c flagfall + 0c call fee, 10c texts and 3c/MB data. You have 14c texts, 15c per 30sec call rates, and 5c/MB data.

I'll give a +ve for the free credit though, not the rates. But the no expiry is nice.

That is right we did. $50 free call credit was offered on Friday - a one time offer. Anyway you must like Hello Mobile, you should give them ago. Seems like a great deal.

I have ported 4 numbers across from just prepaid and got $200 + $60 recharge.

no expiry is good for me.

    • Thx for the support - please use KissCare to lodge any tickets or give any feedback. You can find Kiss Care when you log into your account

  • what network do these guys use? what kind of coverage.

    • They use the Vodafone network. Coverage is okay/on par (maybe a bit worse) than Optus. You can check their website for more details.

      • Thx xDEFINE

        • Do you have 850mhz spectrum support? Three doesn't have it..

      • Thanks. I am looking to switch from 3 to Vodafone now that I am off contract, but Kiss looks to be cheaper for SIM plans, so I'd esentially get the same VF service but cheaper?

  • ^^ Yes, they use the Voda network and they have been making new 850 towers. You should be fine if you're in a metro area.

Three should use 850, as long as you have an 850 compatible device. Correct me if i'm wrong, but three use the Voda network so I don't see why not.

You can check here to see if there's 850 in your area - http://www.vodafone.com.au/personal/aboutvodafone/network/ne…

    • Three should use 850, as long as you have an 850 compatible device.

I called up on Saturday to Three Customer care. The tech support guy said no, Three does not utilize Voda's new network.

      • Wow that sucks. I shall call up Hello Mobile - Don't want to buy a new 850 modem only to discovere they don't support Voda's new network.

  • I still have some credit left on my current prepaid SIM which I would like to use up. If I sign up with Kiss now and receive the new SIM, how long can I delay the actual number port?
