If you buy the LED lights with the rechargeable AA installed, you'll find that they're rated at a mere 600mah, this is a tiny "fuel tank"!!
It's usually quite easy to replace this battery for any other rechargeable battery usually just unscrewing the back panel,
most common brands are over 2,000mah such as Varta, Coles, Eneloop, Duracell etc. This will triple the time your lights stay on (after a sunny day) during the night. As the small solar panel can easily charge this battery over 10 hours. I have several solar lights and I always replace the original battery whenever possible. The larger 420 LED lights appear to have an 18650 battery rated at 800mah, these batteries are often soldered in place, but if not they are also easy to replace with a Samsung, LG or Panasonic battery of at least 2,500mah. You can just take off the back cover and have a look, if it seems simple then replace it, if it looks difficult then there's no harm done and you can just replace the back cover and continue with the cheap battery that the seller has cheaped out on to keep the costs down.
