Catch Connect 365 Day Plans: 60GB $120 / 120GB $150 (Unlimited Talk & Text)

1020

Catch Connect has just launched four new mobile plans and scrapped all previous ones (30-day data only SIMs remain). The $120 plan especially looks like great value. Powered by Optus. Stay safe, and enjoy :)

        • I think that date is just for the discount of the SIM. I mean when you actually got the SIM, how long could you keep it for before it expires.

  • Will be interesting to see what "super-deals" Catch-Connect come up with now.

Any super-deal on either of the 365 day plans will be worth grabbing.

    Stay tuned.

Meanwhile E.tel offers the FIRST MONTH of their 3GB/ 30 day unlimited plan for just $4.50 and its only $9.95 normal price if you just want to hang there for a while.

You also get $9.95 included value for overseas calls @ 10c/min or MMS @ 25c ea. Given you can send pics with Apple iMessage, Whatsapp, Viber and Messenger these days the MMS thing is not a big restriction really.

E.tel also offers a 180 day pre-pay special where you pay for 5 months and get the 6th one free. So $49.75 buys you 6 months @ 3GB/mth.

Im using them right now. Given they are also using the Optus network they are no differenet to catch-Connect other than what I mentioned above.
NOTE: If you reach any of the limits (data/MMS/Intl calls) the plan auto-renews

    • How is etel better for this lower plan? Catch is only $10 and you get 5gb a month. Also if you have a unidays it knocks off $12.

Etel is very good for the $18 plan on special for 20gb if you need all that data

RIP Cheap Internet. Now I have to actually get a NBN connection. Sad day indeed.

  • I love the $4.9 30 day plan but now they are all gone~~~wish they come back someday

  • Looks like Catch Connect did a mass clean-up deactivation of numbers that were without an active plan. My SIM with a prepaid plan which expired in Dec'2019 was still active and able to receive incoming calls and texts. But since 01-Jul-2020, I am not getting any signal on that SIM. Also, if I call that number, the response is: "Optus advises that the number you have called has been disconnected"
