Sure…great if the item is stock within 3500 km. Don't worry, you'll only have to click through every single item to see if it is available for shipping on only click and collect - another click to see that info.

Basically the worst online shopping experience you can have. Unable to set a local store, sort clothes (for men) by size.

Not to mention a very slow website in general.

      2 orders ready for collection.
As usual, a pretty easy process for me on mobile!

  • +4

    Site even worse than usual.

Click 'check store availability' - nothing happens or I get an error.

Add to cart and tick click and collect - list of stores never loads.

    • Yep the site keeps crashing.

Found some cheap leather wallets but decided to give up after trying to reload the site for the 20th time.

  • Awful experience. What am I doing wrong? Every item I click on is out of stock or the click and collect says there's an error. Maybe it's just me but there is no stock available.

Consider yourself lucky - much better than having the transaction completed, money taken from your card/account, and then being told after 10 days that your order had been cancelled as they were actually out of stock. Don't laugh, it's the norm rather than the exception…

      • happened the same with me twice when trying to buy a microwave. At least the refunds were quick

        • You're lucky I had to chase them 4 times over 6 weeks to get my refund.

Does the discount only apply to Click collect?

    • Nope, theyve made it a bit weird but from what I can tell if its a red price tag thats WITH the discount applied already. Others will be added in the cart

its 2020 djs…get your act together. no wonder amazon is taking over everything

    • Even Kogan…

When did Amazon take over Kogan?

        • +1

          Good one

    • I don't understand statements like this. Amazon is taking over everything how? They establish an online shopfront and create competitiveness and they are 'taking over'? Sure Ma & Pa stores may struggle to keep up, but they usually have their local convenience buyers. Amazon is keeping coles and woolies honest, if anything, and that is bloody good in my opinion.

Besides the performance issues, the main problem with the website is items with no stock availability appearing in the search and until you go through to the page, you don't know that's its not in stock.

It's not a big fix, but if this was changed it would probably reduce the load to the website.

Tommy Hilfiger called, said don't worry about buying thongs for him, he's already got a pair.

Navigating through DJ's website is a real headbanger. You never know if it's actually in stock or if the item can be C&C at your local store.

  • Is this instore as well? Or do they still have a further 50% off already reduced.

  • Link to the robe please? Thank you

  • Add to bag is either greyed out or missing. So annoying.

    • Means sold out.
      Try another item.

  • The website experience may be poor, but these items are also available in store in limited sizes, even though they don't appear to be in stock on the website. Just picked up some Tommy Hilfiger size 33EU slides for $11.

  • I found that every time DJ increased the extra % off less items became available. There are some items when I looked yesterday that said extra 70% off (prices as marked) but they clearly were not.

    • People buy more as discount increases (diminishing stock)?

    Was in store late today…

Bought good quality GStar Raw LS shirts. Reduced from $150 to $26.70.

And black 100% cool wool Studio Italia 'Harrison' Jacket reduced from $360 to $250 to $180 to $54. One women scored one for half that price - was too big for me.

    Best stock disappeared pretty quickly.

Used $20 loyalty voucher for half price sunglasses - FREE sunglasses!

    Picked up order for 4 x $2.70 Happy Socks - I'm happy.

Staff member came up & asked if I wanted $180 Julius Marlow dress shoes that fitted me for $20.70 - yes.

Bought Calvin Klein shirt - down to $8.70

      • Different store:
Bought Wild Rhino TYLER boots $199 $41!

  • are online orders delivered from a warehouse or the nearest store with stock?

    • +2
