"bdl" Not always as you can get 5A/100W cables that are also usb 3 Gen2/Up to 10Gbps.
You just need to check spec for both Amps charge and data speeds, also brand/reputation and testing as per good comment above.
It's probably because a lot of cables are for charging only, as this is much cheaper, so they are distinguishing themselves from other products this way.

Yeah, they apparently do. It is selectable via the "Ship From" option on the store page (CN, USA or AU for this item).
From memory, I have received things quite quickly when they have said it was delivered from AU.

Works well in my car as without a RA cable when my phone is sitting in the cupholder plugged in, it gets in the way when shifting. Works well for ppl that likes to game as well. Too bad I missed out.
