No. Simply checked my app which shows points for that promo were added July 18.
Mine has always come through but the last time I used a promotion was ~4months ago. Don't know if anything is different now…

It takes a bit of time for them to arrive, but they'll get there eventually. You just have to be a bit patient. :-)
They say 4 weeks. It's already been 7 for me.
I had to ring FlyBuys and then FCL after similar Xmas promotions. FCL wasn't aware that there had been two separate deals advertised. They insisted that only one was valid but eventually I got both (2 x 2000 pts). Can't be bothered with these deals any more.
