    • Same. Did you order white?

      • Under shipping method, did you select the Australia Priority Line?

      • What's your order number and I can check. I know there was a handful damaged stock from the supplier so I suspect your order and some others are delayed for that reason.

  • Received mine today. Close to 2 weeks.
    Thanks OP.

  • Thanks OP.
Mine also arrived today. exactly 2 weeks.

  • I have received my order, however, the mouse seems to be faulty (jumping all over the place). I've checked out the connectivity status using Logitech's unifying software, and it seems that every 0.5 seconds, it switches from 'active' to 'inactive'. Not only this, but the buttons are not functioning (including the left and right click button) and I can't seem to find a solution for this. Anyone have any tips? I've been searching all over the internet for the past 4 hours, but to no avail.

    • I have tried reinstalling drivers and changing the battery. I've even tested this on other laptops/computers, so I'm convinced there's something wrong with the product itself.

  • Just received mine yesterday, thanks OP.

Decent mouse, hard to find something nice to use that is asymmetrical as I use my mouse with my left hand.

  • Still waiting on mine… Tracking says it's in Melbourne but that was a week ago… No update by geekbuying

    • GeekBuying aren't the courier. 17track.net with UBI as the carrier provides the most accurate tracking but I would assume COVID and the Stage 4 restrictions in Victoria would have something to do with it.

      • Yes but you should be updating your customers if you know there's something wrong with the products. I've had internal information that the tracking provided to me was done by the sender but the product itself isn't even at the facility. My other deliveries which were sent last week have already arrived whereas this one which has supposedly been in Melbourne for a week is still no where to be seen.

That's what tracking numbers are for. Do you want GeekBuying to provide you with each leg of transit? No one else does that. Your order is marked as sent, you're notified and provided a tracking number and how to track it at the same time.

If you think it's stuck you can contact Auspost or GeekBuying.

Mine still not shipped despite they keep telling they are going to ship last week. Still marked in progress. I think this is quite poor customer service as they don't contact you because of any internal delay or so.

  • Update for others in the same position, order has not yet arrived. Checked 17track for shipping and the latest update is "Picked up from sender" yesterday. AusPost says it was processed in Victoria a week ago. Hopefully it's due to Stage 4 restrictions and not that the package has been lost…

Mine arrived in Granville NSW (I’m in Syd) so I was expecting to get it in a couple of days. But the parcel has gone to Greenfields WA and it’s in transit according to the Aus post. Sigh…

      • Finally…. received today.

    • I received mine 2 days ago, bought when this deal posted, Metro Melbourne

      • Yeah bugger, still no update for my package. I ordered something from AliExpress on the same date and that's been delivered, but still waiting on this mouse.

        • Was in a similar position, Shipping Information received by AusPost last week, but only just showed yesterday as processing at Sunshine West VIC (one package has been lost here before though)…
          Fingers crossed.

Ordered on 23rd July, still hasn't shipped.

  • I finally received mine.

    • Wow..that was a long time to wait.

      • Yeah everything I've ordered takes ages. My coffee beans will go stale by the time I get them. My ebay orders from China takes a couple weeks more than the expected delivery date. Also Australia Post contractors are dodgy, my tracked items are going directly to the LPO and no card left in my mail box.

For an item that wasn't tracked, I got a note from the LPO saying my item has been sitting there for 2 weeks and they'll send it back. I never received the initial card in my mail box.

I really don't know if my items are lost, at the LPO, just taking ages or sent back to the sender by the LPO.
