We have the last 150 sims left now. If this deal is expired it means we have run out of sims and will not get any more stock moving forward.   • Dear All, We have received all orders and please be rest assured all orders will be shipped by Monday 27th. We are not sure why some of you have not been receiving confirmation emails and have escalated to our web partner team to resolve.     I ordered on Friday at 00:43 AEST (so still 24/7 Thursday evening WST) but although I got my PayPal receipt almost immediately still no tax invoice or AusPost notifications (in app or via sms or email).
    Based on OP comments, I would have expected this to ship on Friday.

    • I ordered 2 hours earlier than you, everything is the same. Left message on their website and sent them 2 emails, no respond at all!

      For this particular order we have received 200+ orders and I can confirm we have been in the busines since 2012. ABN : 89 665 127 199 & 97 158 513 583. There would be no reasons for your card to get blocked aftrer using on our website. We would request you to please confirm with your bank about the reason for it.

      We are based in WA and orders placed over the weekend were dispatched on Monday and Tuesday respectively as they were placed. If you still have not recived your tracking information can you please email us your order Number details to [email protected] and we will provide you with your Australia Post tracking information. Please also be advised that due the recent Covid-19 situations there are little of of delay from Australia Post end eg. extended delviery time, Short opening hours, closed on Saturdays etc which is impacting the delivery timeframe.

      They finally gave me the tracking number last night. However the tracking status still ‘pending’ means that the item hasn’t been scanned yet?! Really bad experience, I won’t buy from them again!!

  • Just sent an email, had ordered on 24/7/20 but no confirmation email receipt as of today (checked both junk and inbox throughout the week)

    • Received a reply with Aust Post tracking details. Says it was received by Aust Post on Tues 28th in Perth but it hasn't moved onward from there as yet (dest. Bris).

  • Same here. Ordered on 25 Jul. No invoice or emails (have checked spam folder and nothing's there) or Auspost tracking number. Op in one of the comments said they shipped all orders out on 27th. PM sent so waiting for a response.

  • Was starting to get worried as didn't have any correspondence (would expect to have received it by now). Found email in Junk.

    Tracking link in email is broken, but works using the number on Auspost website. Payment taken 24th July. Order processed on 25th, but not sent until the 29th. Arrived Perth 30th, Should be here in Sydney on Monday or Tuesday 3/4 August.

    Note: The email was sent on 29th, 5 days after they took the money, which is poor form.

      Can you please PM us your Order number or Name and we got get back to asap with tracking details. Please be rest assured that all orders have been shipped (Now 350+) on Monday / Tuesday and orders placed from Tuesday afternoon were posted on Wednesday. We are based in WA and for any AU post shipping it would ideally take 4-6 business days to reach across AU. This delay is not from us but due to recent Covid-19 Restrictions and delay's in AU post sending parcels via flight or roadways depending on their allocation.

  • I am in Perth but the tracking has been stuck at Perth airport since last Wednesday.
    This may take a week PERTH? Or all delays caused by COVID

    • Hi @ Eecchoo, Not just us sending orders but even us receiving our orders from our suppliers over east is causing delay by AU Post. We contacted the AU Post Business Portal team and were advised that all parcels given on a particular day will not be scanned if the postie's Van is full or if the flight cannot be organized. We were also advised that due to flight issues majortiy of the post parcels are getting sent by roadways hence causing the delay. Also Monday this week, AU post had portal issues WA wide due to Telstra outage as advised by AU post office Mirrabooka, hence all parcels periodically given by us as well were not scanned and we were advised that it will be scanned and sent once system is up and running.

  • Received my sim today, did not get the emails but the team at cellpoint responded to my emails promptly and provided me with the tracking number. Auspost site still says my parcel is delayed but they delivered it to my mailbox.

        The apartment/unit number is entered separately.
        The email for the order shows it gets printed on line 2 of the address instead of being on line 1.
        I've sent an email to orders about it although they haven't replied.

        Clarification below (not my address)

        eg
        Apartment: 15
        Address: 172 Burwood Hwy, Burwood East VIC 3151

        shows up in the orders email as

        172 Burwood Hwy, Burwood East VIC 3151
        15

        instead of

        15/172 Burwood Hwy, Burwood East VIC 3151.

          • @SomeGuyOnOzB: Finally got an update from AusPost today, that the SIM will arrive today, and it did.

            (re: tracking; it was received in WA to go to Vic)

            I have to wait a few weeks to use it, as I had to get another SIM card in the interim

  • I got my sims as well. There was no order confirmation and it took some time for sims to arrive but they did.

    Is anyone facing issue in activating their sim card on boost website? When I put my details where it has to verify my identity, it just doesn't move to next page. Instead of next button, I get help button which takes me to FAQ.

  • bought this on 24/7 and still yet to receive! its not cellpoints fault they sent it out on 28/7, ETA Fri 31 Jul - Mon 3 Aug, but theres a 'DELAYED' pic on my tracking info. Kinda annoying my current plan expires today

    • Did you end up getting it? Mine's been delayed for really long as well, I ordered a damn PC case and it arrived in a week, this is just a tiny sim card whats the hold up. My plan expired on 10th and I had to renew it because of this ridiculous shipping delay.

  • Never received the sim.
    The deal expired while I was processing the payment via PayPal, ended up processing $150. Cellpoint called me immediately after and told me I’d be refunded $15 / deal honoured however no refund and no sim either… no responses to my emails. PayPal case lodged.
