              @aragornelessar: Well according to the reviews they were selling a meat grinder so their claim for number of sold units is fake makes me wonder if they are just replacing the cord instead of a adapter and claim official aus stock!

    How do you normally handle warranty returns outside of warranty period? To be specific, claims which falls into the consumer guarantees category.

      2. We find the sales record. (Sometimes may need the SN number)
      3. Check our technician or Roborock(or other brands) technician to give advice.
      4. If the buyer believes the item worth to repair, we offer the return and inspection instruction.

          larger water tank(2 times) with electric control, means you can select the no mop zone.
          better processor.

      you can get no brand alternative from Ebay, but no thing for the same spec as above.

      Depends on how you use it, but for me def need more mop pads, as I mop the house every 2 days.
