      I assume they have a deal on postage as they are pre packed and probably ready for postage as a 5 pack.

          I think seeing $1 is good marketing..most people expect to pay postage if it’s not included.
          So you neg it because you disagree with marketing? This is a deal site, you should neg it if it’s a bad deal..but you clearly said it’s not a bad price, so the deal must be ok?
          Maybe look at the deal not your opinion of marketing strategy and vote that way.

          Put in quantity 1 for $8 postage..you get 5 bottles delivered.
          If you put 5 quantity you would get $35 postage, but you would be ordering 25 bottles.

    Been using many different Hand Sanitiser these days as most shops and shopping centers provide them for free
    However, personally thinks the Dettol one is the best so far (both the smell and comfort to the hand)
    The one provided by the shopping center (Eastland) and the one from Coles were the worst
    it smells so bad and so watery, and causing the hand dryness and sometimes itchy skin

    I am not a scientist nor a medical staff so I have no idea what should be the best sanitiser
    just sharing from a user point of view

    Call me skeptical, but the flat $7 for each additional item seems a bit weird. Surely postage cost increase is not linear?

    Feels like the overall price is baked into the postage.

      They were $4.99 yesterday with the same postage cost. I received a package last week and they were boxed as a five pack. I assume they are boxed and posted as a single package hence why they are not combined postage. Just imagine it as $8 with free delivery.

      I’m not sure where you are, but you select your state add to cart and when you checkout you put in your complete address and it automatically searches for it.
      Don’t see a suburb drop down option?

      Not sure what you're smoking. It's $7 delivery. That's it. And $1 for the item. That's it. So $8 total. Not sure where the scam is. Would you feel better if it was $14 for the item and $7 delivery? I regularly give things away for the postage. I'm not actually making any money on the postage.

      The title is listed as per the sites actual offer.
      Try reading the rest of the description I added a breakdown so you can grasp the concept.
      It’s not eBay either and it’s not a scam.

    There is no such thing as INSTANT hand sanitiser, this language leads to ppl thinking they can slap some on their hands and eat a burger straight away.

    ALWAYS wait minute after applying hand sanitiser if you actually care about it working, unless you're doing it for show in which case bon appetit stay away from my street

      Wait a minute? There is no 'wait time', you rub the sanitizer over your hands til dry. The alcohol kills bacteria/viruses and evaporates quickly. If it takes more than 30 seconds for it to dry, you're using more than necessary.

      The important part is to actually spread it over your hands properly.

        There absolutely is a wait time, like anything in the universe nothing is 'instant' and killing bacteria is no different. General health advice usually suggests 30 seconds wait time. "Quickly" is not the same as "no wait time", which would suggest instant.

          The instructions say “Simply place a small amount into the palm of your hand, spread evenly and allow to air dry.“
          So if people follow the directions on the pack, they should be fine.
          I think they refer to instant as ready to use, that’s how I interpreted it, but maybe they should have said ready to use instead.
          It doesn’t say instant anywhere on the packaging, so rest assured it is just the way the website has been written by the looks.
