Upfront payment of $37.29 is required which includes $10 connection fee, $10 Sim, Postage and Handling Fee and one month plan fee prorata upfront. Visa or Mastercard payment only. 2% surcharge applies to each payment. Mobile charges are as follows, free calls to mobiles, free calls to landlines, free standard sms, 250 MB mobile data per month charged in 1MB increments. Excess data is 50c per MB. All this usage within Australia only. Additional call and data charges apply. 13/15/18 calls are charged at 35c per minute + 10 cent flag fall. 90c per MMS. Voice messages are charged at 15c per minute + 10c Flag Fall. Premium SMS/Calls are charged at the cost of the premium provider and is passed through from Vodafone. Operator calls incur additional charges. Vodafone network. Excludes international usage. Excludes pivotel calls. Mobile Sim Only. No Handset Provided. Termination fees apply. $99 Cancellation fee applies to this 12 month contract and the monthly plan fee x remaining months on the contract. Contract can be terminated by Sure Telecom due to non-payment of account or by providing 60 days notice to the customer and all cancellation fees will be applied as per contract. A full months plan fee will be charged on cancellation of the plan e.g. cancel 15th November 2011, you will be charged the whole plan fee for the month of October. Direct Debit Only. Email billing only. Porting of mobile service number only. Residential customers only. Limit of 1 service per customer. No cooling off period applies. Credit approved customers only. No sim boxes, any sim found using a sim box will immediately be disconnected. Mobile number ported must be the primary used mobile service of the customer.
