  It has an SSD. They weren't available when the rest of these specifications, especially in the matter of camera, processor and resolution, were current in a $500 machine.

      It's actually even slower than the Celeron N4000, by a tiny bit.

      Suffice to say this is ancient technology from the AMD Excavator days, around 2016 and that was when AMD was really struggling to make CPU's that could rival Intel's.

    Very true. My mother bought a Lenovo a year or so ago and it had a similar AMD processor (maybe the same?) and it's a HUGE bottleneck.

    Convinced her to take it back since the laptop could barely run Windows 10 out of the box it was struggling that much.
