Absolute dodby stuff from Shopback. Bought an item through a ebay deal through Shopback in April 2020. Nothing was tracked about the purchase. Later raised 2 support tickets which turned out with no response . I lost almost $40 of cashback.

cashrewards is much better than shopback. I havent received the previous shopback from previous BWS deal and doing everything as per the guidelines.. I never had isssues with cashrewards. I emailed shopback and got a standard reply and no help. Please do not use shopback as they do not track.

There's a rejected entry for the claim, however you can ignore that as there's another entry for the correct cashback amount that was added to your account early May. That cashback amount is also ready to withdraw.
Looks like the $10 discount for shipping is glitching and adding twice. Hopefully still tracks cashback.

Rep how do we lodge a dispute against shopback? Is there is any governing authority who looks after cashback sites or is it just a gold mine for you guys now. You need 50 follow-ups emails and PMsto round up and get your cashback, that's not worth the time. Like I say it gets too hard, we raise a dispute on PayPal or do a chargeback, who do we dispute against for Shopback malpractices ?
I had a Dan's declined earlier this year that I just found out, that I forgot to check until after time to raise a dispute apparently, because I thought it would go through as it always does.
I'll be checking this one well as it is a good deal for me!

I had misread something and claimed cashback wasn’t applied but was shown how it was calculated and how I missed it.
Anyone else still waiting for their cashback to track? Placed my order at 4:30, used the ShopBack app and nothing as yet.
I'm a little concerned by ShopBack, as previously mentioned it should be assumed you're going to need to follow up with them as things don't always work like it does (most times) with Cash Rewards.
Yesterday I asked for an Amazon transaction to be fixed, which they did but then they reduced the amount for an unrelated transaction by 90%. That transaction was tracked for $27.80 (from this promotion https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/542869) and now is appearing as $2.78 and the settlement date has changed to 3 months from yesterday instead of 3 months from the date of the transaction.
Obviously sent another follow up message, but confused to why an unrelated transaction was changed while the Amazon transaction was being fixed.
I sincerely hope this was a mistake on their end and not something more sinister.

I've honestly never had a single issue with SB customer service.
Always had a click through, emailed invoice and bam they track it.
CR on the other hand, asks me for 20 photos, 10 emails and still doesn't track anything.
@G-rig: Yeah I don't really want to pay a lot either and if I'm being honest there's more value in some of Aldi's beers.
At $2 a pop it's just a sell but nothing to rush out and buy.
