This motherboard would ticks all boxes for many, especially ones with the higher end Ryzen AMD CPUs. Cheapest I've seen it.

If needing local stock best option is Shopping Express @ $369 + Delivery.

    How will the warranty work?

      Have never had issues dealing with Amazon in terms of warranty, refund, etc.. With that said I haven't dealt with warranty on purchasing Amazon UK items via AU site.

      If your worried about that I would go with Shopping Express for about $20 or so more delivered.

      In terms of VRM Cooling & Power Delivery the MSI x570 Tomahawk is 2 tier levels above the aorus elite.

      Just a quick scan I noticed the Tomahawk has over the Aorus Elite is

      • AX wifi vs AC wifi
      • 4600+ vs 4000 OC RAM support
      • 2.5gbe vs 1gbe LAN port

      It only starts spinning when it gets hot so i'd assume when extreme overclocking. Mine is yet to spin on a stock 3800x.. Haven't bothered with overclocking yet.

        Yep this, I've only once had it spin up once, when I forced it via the MSI software.

        Pushing the system hard, transcoding + file copies it seems to peak at 65c or so and hasn't spun up.

        Great board, but if you get one with the thunderbolt header ignore it. The v1.0 manual referenced it and a few random reviews comment on it but it's been retroactively removed.

      Semi related because different board but i have an x570 aorus pro itx board and i had never seen the chipset fan running so i thought it might be faulty. Overclocked my 3600 to 4.2 and ran a stress test and it spun up finally. The fan would never really spin in most real world scenarios i am sure. Good to know mine works though lol
