There have been dozens of "better" circles offers around here lately. Npwever, would not recommend it to anyone, not even for free.

I've used Circle for a few months now and I haven't had any issues with them, did you have a negative experience with them?

      • I think it depends on where you are. My experience was so bad I couldn't even load the page to chat to them so I could cancel after getting garbage speeds over an extended time (several weeks). I had to call them and then I had to explain to them that I couldn't load the page they wanted me to go to. They didn't seem to feel I was being entirely honest, so we just waited several minutes and they accepted I couldn't even log in.

If you get good coverage with Optus though you should be ok. Certainly the value is there. If they had been able to sort my connectivity issues I'd probably still be using them. I've switched over to Voda via Kogan and that's not brilliant, but it is working.

Also, the people I spoke to did what they could to help but when Optus DGAF there's nothing they can do. And what I learned from the experience, more than anything else, is that Optus DGAF.

    • Hi Dosada. We'd like to learn more about your specific situation and make things right. If you wouldn't mind giving us a quick chat or sending us an email on [email protected] at your earliest convenience it would be greatly appreciated.

  • 200GB a month for $28 is pretty darn good.

  • Cheap internet for 6 months. Hmmmm.

  • Hi Op,

Is there a delivery charge for the SIM and when does it have to be activated by to take advantage of the offer?

    Thanks!

    • Hi Bob81! For standard delivery, it normally takes 1-2 business days to be delivered at no cost. For On-Demand Delivery or same-day delivery, there is a $6 fee. In regards to activation, it must happen at least 30 days from signup to be eligible for the promotion.

Don't Go with Circles - legit you'll be running circles trying to get support sH!tes service i've ever had max Speeds 3mbps and bouncing to 30mbps if that complete trash company.

Mind you the excuses i was given for such poor service was there is conjestion in your area because of covid and everyoen is affected all carriers , mind you my partner and brother are using aldi mobile $25 a month and are getting speeds 80-130mbps constant and stable.

Then i asked to port away and they said i still have to pay for my service , then i said mate i'm gonna go TIO and then they let me go.

Then i tried to port to aldi mobile - then they say circles of life won't let you port or the details don't match when everything is correct - DODGY COMPANY

    • Hi PhatJz. We’re sorry your experience didn’t match your expectations. The speed depends on various factors. We are working hard to improve our services. Please feel free to reach out to us at [email protected] with any further comments, concerns, or suggestions you wish to share.

    AVOID LIKE THE CORONAVIRUS

    READ HERE: https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/555851

TLDR: Terrible customer service and they keep billing you for 3-4 months after you cancel and move providers. More trouble than it's worth if you are just after the best deal and plan to change providers every 3 months (like ever good Ozbargainer should do).

If you plan to stay with them for years go for it.

    • Hi SnakeDoc. Sorry, you had difficulty with billing. It is an uncommon instance. Please reach out to us if you need further assistance.

  • If you want to be a normal person and stay with them for a decent term and have checked that you do in fact have decent optus coverage where you intend to use your device then circles are great.
I just did a speed test from my couch and its 226 down and 37.4 up .. I've never seen it drop below 140.

    • And you may also check the availability of the service from this network coverage checker on our site https://www.circles.life/au/network-coverage-map/

      • Your coverage checker suggests my place is "great" for internet and email indoors. It was dismal - frequently much slower that 56k DIAL UP, so I'd suggest to people that they take the checker as "best guess".

  • Tread with caution.

    • Hi herecomestheoost! Please feel free to reach out to us at [email protected] for any feedback, suggestions or concerns so we can better assist you.

  • Is it possible to get two of these plans for 400gb a month with some swapping?

Or is there a similar plan on Vodafone network or Telstra network?
