      What exactly do you need help with? Unless you are unhappy for some reason with the XM3, it makes very little sense to sell it for a loss and pay more to acquire something that's very similar. Respect your money and enjoy your brand new XM3.

        I wouldnt sell it at a loss lol you base the sell price from RRP and market value, not the price you paid for ;)

        I was just wondering if $100 are worth the new features. xm3 have been serving me good so far, but not being able to pair multi devices is a bit frustrating as I use my phone and laptop interchangeably. anyways, I ended up getting a pair

          Yup, that's a good question to start with.

        the only way to get this is to ZOOOM to the store tomorrow morning before they update the price.

        knowing TGG and their history of price errors, all delivery orders are guaranteed to be cancelled

            @Jugg.Judy: yes wait for the pickup email or go to the store and ask them to prepare it on the spot with your order Id (cannot confirm second method). head office communication might not get to all the stores before orders have been prepared and ready for pickup

    Worth keeping in mind that purchases from the GG Commercial site are not (or at least are unlikely to be) covered by the Australian Consumer Laws. ACL only protects 'consumers', which you're not if you're buying from the commercial store.
    Probably not a worry at this price point, as the manufacture warranty should be fine. But really made me rethink spending $7k on an oled from the JB HiFi Commercial Site earlier in the year!

      Per ACCC website:

      "A person - or a business – will be considered a consumer if:
      they purchase goods or services that cost less than $40,000
      the goods or services cost more than $40,000, but they are of a kind ordinarily acquired for domestic, household or personal use or consumption
      the goods are a commercial road vehicle or trailer used primarily to transport goods on public roads."

      So, it's likely anyone purchasing from the commercial store is still a consumer?

      Edit: The T&C's on their website stipulate that "We will provide refunds pursuant to the Competition and Consumer Act 2010"

        Ah, yes, you're right!

        Been a while since I looked at it closely, but the exception I was referring to is far more narrow that I thought. Only applies when you buy things for the purposes of using them to make something else to sell.

        So if, for example, you go to Bunnings and buy a bunch of stuff for the purpose of building a thing to sell, that stuff isn't covered by ACL (slightly more nuanced than that, but you get the point).
