I haven't renewed my Entertainment membership and they sent me an offer this week for a 3 month trial in return for doing a survey. They must be struggling a bit at the moment.
I'd say it's targeted - I only received this email for one of my Secure Parking accounts.

I haven't made any bookings on either account for at least the last six months or so. However, the account that this offer was sent to was the more dormant one.

I would assume they'll get to you. They want everyone to take up this offer because the trial will hopefully get you to buy a membership through them to give the money to Beddown, which is a charity that converts Secure Parking facilities into temporary homeless accomodation overnight (I think Secure doesn't charge them for it, but they aren't exactly known for being generous…)
Offer this morning from Entertainment Book was they’d give an additional $10 or $20 to a community cause If I renewed. Nothing from secure parking.
