  • I missed out on the $150 80gb plan.
    Does anyone know when the 12 months is up, can you recharge on the lower amount?

    • The short answer is yes. You don't need to stay on this deal forever.

      This is theoretically a no-commitment purchase on your part - the SIM will continue to work for 12 months and provide data up to your limits.

      After the 12 months are up, you will need to recharge with whatever offer is available then. Who knows what deal will be offered in 12 months?

  • I can't get through checkout on the boost website, anyone else having issues?

  • I have got international passport and I cannot activate the sim card and they cannot verify it. Telstra has already verified the same passport last year and Boost is struggling.

  • word of cation, dont buy Boost sim.

    I am waiting for more than 8 days, and no way you can contact Boost, mobile, chat, email all are down.

    This 365 day plan is not great at all.

    There is not many yearly pre paid plans to choose from. The best is still Catchconnect $120 / 120GB. They even do $99 / 60GB.

  • boost mobile are thief's. I was told by the live chat consultant that I will get data carried over if I recharge anytime before my plan expires so I recharged today. I had still 1 month in my post paid plan and 57g of data which I lost. You cannot call and speak to anyone at boost and the live chat team don't know whats going on. I have been speaking to livechat for the last 3hrs and they have changed operators 3 times and everyone is confused. Now all of a sudden I must bear loosing 1 month and 57g. That's nonsense. Don't purchase boost mobile ever. Bunch of liars. I will look for the relevant authority and be speaking to them.

    i do have a couple questions before we proceed with porting the number. 1. I am on Telstra sim only plan which ends on 10 Sep. if i port the number to Boost now, do I need to pay any cancellation fee to Telstra? 2. I have a $2 Boost sim which I presume I need to first port my number to and then recharge a plan. I would like to use the 12month 240GB plan for $270. It says on Boost cover page that this is only for new users. When I recharge, do I pay $270 only or $300?

    Thank you . I can see here you are in a casual plan meaning there's no lock in contract but there's a pro-rated charges for disconnecting your service .
