    • +1

Yes it must be from an eligible category. Electronics at Amazon are not eligible.

Too many rules too complicated…not worth the headache and time for $2 cashback!

      • And $50 eBay gift card is the smallest you can get.

    • Or $20 EB gift card from auspost.

  • Hi OP. If you use Amazon subscribe and save does that void this deal.

    • Yes that's correct, please refer to Amazon's T&Cs here.

  • Hi Rep,
My $2 bonus hasn't tracked from the Woolies gift card earlier in the month. How do I go about getting that cashback?

    • Hi Raspberry, you don't need to do anything. Please refer to the sections that have been bolded in the post.

Anyone tracking all these $2 cashback bonus' we've jumped on lately between SB/CR to see when we're expected to receive them in our accounts? I've lost track of them since about the third one and am just blindly signing, spending and crossing all fingers that it will come through eventually.

    • I track them and unless there has been an issue with my original purchase tracking have always received the bonus. And original purchase tracking is fairly easy to maintain. 😁

    • +2

Set a reminder for this deal to the day after you are meant to get the bonus.

  • +1

    Thank you.
It's great that there are a bunch of suggestions on how to take advantage of the deal.

  • Is using a gift card counted as a voucher? E.g. Dan Murphy’s GC from Prezzee, can I stack that with the 10% CB or not?

    • Gift cards for Dan's consist of a number and PIN. If you have simply a code and you apply it in the coupon field at checkout then it would be deemed a coupon code / ineligible. Assuming Prezzee format is a number + PIN? If so then it's a gift card.

For gift card eligibility see below.

  • Can you use wish e-gift cards at Dan Murphy’s and still receive cashback?

    • +7

You asked this already previously, it's still the same 😝

        Haha thanks.

Don’t: Payment with any Groupon or any third party promotional offers, vouchers & gift card purchases

That line always makes me nervous.

      • Just received my tracking email and it has registered 4% instead of 15% on wine. Will that be corrected later?

        • +1

Yes it will be, sorry about that. On the other hand, you won't need to do anything your end. See here

  • Does an aliexpress order have to be from the same store or total >$5 combined from multiple stores to be eligible for cashback?

Well at least they have cashback on Aust post gift cards that the other mob withdraw !
Although I not messing around with this biscuit .

  • Hi rep, does this deal qualify with any preorder game, if I order today and the game will be released tomorrow?

    • Hi helloeatty,

Assuming you are referring to Amazon, yes as per notes,

Pre-orders are eligible for Cashback provided the item is scheduled to be shipped within 60 days of purchase.

      • Hi rep, what about items that's temporarily out of stock with no ETA?

        • Treat that the same as a pre-order.

          • @gotyourback: Hence I'd assume it's not eligible for cashback, even if it's shipped within 60 days in the end as it's not "scheduled" to be shipped in 60 days?

  • This is slightly unrelated to this deal, but I noticed that the cashback tracking on the Shopback app (iOS) does not show the same things as the desktop cashback overview. Some things that say are 'Tracked' on the app are listed as 'Confirmed' on the website. Any reason for the discrepancy?

  • Got myself a $15 bottle of sparkling shiraz at DM (planned to buy it today anyway)
    15% cashback + $2 cashback + 5% off (gift card).

    $15-$2.25-$2-$0.75 = $10

    Not bad.

    • I didn't think you got cashback on Dan's if you use a gift card, I'll have to remember that.

      • I am afraid you are right.

        I just read the comments.

So, what would I do? Buy something else!

        • Yes, just buy something somewhere else for $5 or buy another bottle of sparkling shiraz at Dan's without using the gift card for $10.75. 2 bottles for $22.75 is still a win. 2 bottles for $22.75 is still a win, $11.375 a bottle.

      • +2

You can get cashback at Dan's if you use a gift card. But this is a no at BWS.

        • +2

Brilliant. I still think they should buy the extra bottle, 2 bottles is always better than one. :)

  • I purchased a $20 Netflix gift card but the tracking email says $0.

    • +1

Strange, had a report of this last time as well. Shoot through your confirmation email/tax invoice to [email protected] and we'll sort this (1.5% component) for you.

    • Also for me and my husband on the netflix card. Will this affect the bonus?

  • nice one

Chemist Warehouse - only 1% cashback, but it was easy to buy a few items for click and collect.
And it tracked really quickly too.

    • Thanks for the info, C & C

2 * Colgate Cavity Protection Great Regular Flavour Fluoride Toothpaste with liquid calcium 250g Value Pack for $5.98

  • Can anyone figure out their insane coupon system?
I can't seem to get it to ever apply during checkout or ever appear in the dropdowns

Redeem buttons dont seem to stick and "GET" just keeps adding it to a list in my "select coupons" but don't seem to click through to anything.

    • it's certainly not very user friendly

  • Will I lose the $2 bonus if I do not have $10 confirmed cashback in my account as at 30 October?

    • Nope.

  • Managed to buy the case for my mobile phone from AliExpress. Fingers crossed that it can be tracked. Thanks OP.

  • I was unable to apply the code in the last couple of hours before midnight. The app was buggy and unresponsive until after midnight. I never had that issue with the ShopBack app before.

  • Made a purchase at Dan Murphys last night. Not tracked yet but as a comparison made a purchase at Dans via CR last Sunday and it tracked in under a minute. In fact received the CR tracking email before the Dans order email! Do CR and SB use different cookie protocols for tracking?

    • That's strange 😕 - it's the exact same protocol/mechanism both of us use for tracking.

      • Thanks. I will log a case if the tracking email doesn't arrive. The app states that Dan's cashback should track within 2 days but to report missing tracking it says Dan's needs 5 days. Can you clarify?

        • +1

Sure. Ignore the figure in your Click History but rather stick with the 5 Days you see under Cashback Info / on our Dan Murphy's page or what the form indicates as that'll be the correct one.

          • @gotyourback: Case for missing tracking email / cashback logged.

            • +1

@SydneySwan: Cashback has been denied by Shopback.

              • +1

@SydneySwan: Just checked your account as you sent your email over via PMs a while back, I can see it's been successfully appealed and you have the amount in your account now. Feel free to ping me via PM here after you've sent through an email as I can always get the team to keep a lookout for your email.

    • CR is typically much faster with tracking than SB in my experience, but I did manage to get my DM tracking within half an hour or so.

  • Just received email saying my cashback was $0.00 even though it was in approved category (kitchen) and paid with CC.

    • Was it for a Netflix card because that is what happened to me and No above?

      • +1

Forgot to mention it was Amazon. No vouchers or codes were used
