I got think i doubled down and bought more at almost all those clearance price points.
And i must say there is a big difference between the type of fits and materials but overall cannot complain for the price i paid.The best I could find was $15 a pair for the style/colour I wanted. The cheap stuff was all skinny fit.
I was impressed with the Target jeans, but H&M has Chino's cheaper everyday I believe! Saying that, Target are good quality but much better at $20
Picked some up yesterday. As stated above, there are various styles & fits so try them on before you buy.
The slim chinos are quite stretchy, so you may end up needing to order one size down
