We are working on it, but the current market is very difficult in Melbourne.
Are you planning on raising the price back to $15 or higher? I was parking here during covid and it was much cheaper, but slowly been creeping back up. Also might help if you made a monthly deal for workers that just gave weekday access instead of 24/7 for a the month.
At this stage we are trying to hold our prices, our product is different where there are no restrictions to get the $12 rate. We did start at $10 but that was a couple of months ago.
The monthly rates for workers are comparable to the all day rate, it is just added extra that you get 24/7 access. Our rates online are $350 per month, but we are currently doing specials for $250 per month. If you would like to know more, email us at [email protected]

SecureParking at 55 Little Edward Street for $9.10 early bird. True another block out of the city but pretty generous early bird entry/exit time (enter 6-10am, exit 12-6.30pm). Also I’d prefer to book so as to ensure I get a car park.
Very true, but remember, just because you book online doesn't mean you are guaranteed a car park. We are just trying to make it easier than booking online each day and taking away the restrictions.
