    I am so pissed and upset now !! Catch has blundered my order and cancelled both my ordered. Basically I ordered the SIM without a valid coupon code or Unidays discount then within 12 hours found a Uniday code (thanks to some good people here) and used 8% coupon code discount from where my partner works. I bought another SIM and requested the Catch consultant to cancel one and ensure the other one is going to be shipped.
    Today I found they cancelled both the orders and in one item they already issued me with a coupon code WTH. I do not have anything to buy from catch nor I will any more. I have emailed them to escalate this matter but I am afraid they will come back and say "Sir please buy something else or pay through that coupon again" for which I will lose the Unidays code and the payment I made before cause they blundered !

    What do I do now to get back at them so that they take away the coupon amount and issue me the SIM card again ?

    “You must activate your chosen prepaid plan on catchconnect.com.au within 30 days of purchase or by the date advertised on the promotion (whichever is earlier).” And it also states earlier “Offer ends 01/10/2020.” - does this mean I can activate after the 1st of October even if I purchase the sim on say 30th September?

          I have activated it 2 months after arrival. The only reason they add that is if plans change while you are waiting then you won't be covered.

    Strangely the price for the 60GB is now the same as the 120GB. Both $120. Will have to go to Coles Mobile instead
