Yep. Almond meal is often made with leftover almonds used for almond milk. Dry the paste out!
Isn't it just ground almonds? Not almonds that have been soaked for milk and then dried again?

How does this compare to the ALDI's one, I seem to remember it is about the same price, maybe $5.50.
Almond meal and almond flour are the same thing if anyone was wondering.
Best to check which of the two you can find cheaper, the only minor difference can how small its ground but its usually identical.
