      i don't think you can blame Gamesmen for this one. It seems like they did the right thing posting it when they did (mine shipped on Wed the 16 Sep).

      AusPost on the other hand is just getting smashed with Covid probably wasn't the best choice

      I wanted to claim for a few of my late deliveries in this month too but I think ebay has suspended guaranteed delivery until further notice.

          Also I noticed some sellers are exploiting this guaranteed delivery suspension by not sending via express post even they are meant to.

    No update from Auspost since 24th Sep. Contacted Gamesmen.

    "I'm afraid we have had a number of instances of late with parcels to VIC taking longer than usual to arrive. We've been advised that this is due to the border closures and subsequent increased regulations for the post drivers to make passage across state lines and throughout the state. This is only compounded by the huge influx of online shopping orders in the AusPost network at the moment. We're so sorry for the delay here, but we would not yet worry that the parcel is lost or anything. These kinds of delays are quite common at the moment regrettably. "
