Less than $156 per bud and you get a wireless charging case for free. Sounds pretty good

eBay plus deal is worth it, this is still a bit pricey. there's the Sony wf3 which is the main competitor but I would personally go for the airpods Pro because they have better comfort, design and are way more convenient/easier to use than the bulk Sonys. of course a portion of it is attached to the apple branding but the quality is actually really good
One stand out feature of these is the pressure vent that equalises pressure so there's no clogged up sensation you typically get with in ears. That alone makes it worthwhile for me. I switched from a pair of Jabra Elite Active 75's to these.

My $30 Soundpeats sound pretty good to me.
As it's often noted, you can get 80% of the quality for 20% of the price. (10% in your case).
I can't figure it out. I'd rather(and have) pair a good bluetooth cable to a $100 tier iem.
You would save a couple hundred, have better sound quality, and not look like you're wearing knock offs.
If you are gonna listen to music on a regular basis, these are perfect otherwise if you just want for calls and occasional music, normal AirPods are good enough.

Anybody tried to check serial number? Mine says "Purchase date not validated"
and when I open the box I could see dust particles on airpods. And one airpod was 70% charged and other one was at 50%.
Anyway to check if these are refurbished?
That's concerning but I'm not sure if it means refurb. The listing says 'brand new' and 'easy returns' and the the seller has a great rating so maybe contact them first. I haven't received mine yet but it was Allphones' good returns policy that made me feel confident buying from them.
It looks authentic and brand new, matches the serial number inside the case and the box. Not sure where the dust particles came from. I tried to put purchase date manually on the Apple site but it says "We are unable to do so..". I've never had any experience of buying Apple devices from grey importers so not sure if this is concerning or not.
I'll contact the seller first then Apple and let you know how I went.
