What a great price. I’ve had my 42” Soniq LCD TV for 15 years and it’s still working great.

    • Same thinking getting this

      • My wife just paid $500 for the 50” FFalcon. A 65” TV for $500 is great value. I wonder if Soniq QC is the same or worst than 10-15 years ago?

mine died recently after 4 years of use

      • Damn, that sucks.

        • Actually think try get Aldi’s QLED instead

  • is this tv any good?

    • Doesn't looks like a smart TV

      • +2

If you normally use Chromecast or other casting devices then it shouldn't be an issue using this TV

      • +1

Grab a Vodafone TV and you're set

      • +1

        I’ll just add, if it’s a Soniq, don’t get a smart TV.

Takes about a minute to load and I just use a VTV anyway because the smart TV features are crap.

Other than that, TV is more than satisfactory.

If you’ve got your own smart box or product such as an Apple TV or chromecast, you’re better off without the built in smart features in a TV. The built in smart features on budget TVs are slow.

Wow, not that I was gonna get this, but for only 50 more I think I'd skip out on the refurb.

    • I rang early last week about this same TV, they Out of stock everywhere.

Once you go frameless you'll never go back

    • +2

I have herd a similar saying, in a very different context

      • +3

So you heard it within a different framework?

      • You've been watching to much American content 😂

    • So this one is qualified as frameless or not?

  • Can't see what warranty applies to refurbished. Anyone know? Pity Officeworks is OOS for my location.

  • OOS already?

  • Anyone know when OLED deals will drop ? Been waiting for months now ..

  • Bloody good deal. I'll keep checking that site for a 75" legend cheers op.

  • Is this deal better than the last few days Big W QLED 65 TV?

  • I got a 43 inch HD LED Soniq when I was in Tassie in 2016. I even carried it to VIC in my car and now it sits in our bedroom while we have a LG 55 inch OLED that serves as the primary TV.

The Soniq is still used today and it runs perfect! Just love this company!
